Selling statement
Please be advised that I always obtain proof of posting, once I have this I consider my commitment to sell as being fulfilled - after that its down to Royal Mail, any non-delivered item/s will have to be taken up with them and I will provide you with a photocopy of the posting certificate and a copy of your invoice for you to make a claim.
At Crafty little devil we strive for customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us we will accept returns, but please bear in mind that the goods MUST arrive back to us in an acceptable condition for re-sale (unless you have contacted us regarding a 'damaged in transit' parcel)
If your parcel looks damaged, please do not accept it from the Post Office, you can claim compensation (details on request).
You must return items within 14 days of receiving your order and you should follow these guidelines:
1. Place the item(s) in the original packaging or any other secure packaging if you have discarded the original.
2. You must include the original dispatch note and include the reason for returning your goods, i.e. damaged. (All card stock will be sent in cardboard backed envelopes or other suitable container)
3. You must also state whether you would like a refund or a replacement to be sent out to you.
4. Please send the goods to Returns department, Crafty Little Devil, 22 Station Road, Teignmouth, Devon, TQ14 8PE
IMPORTANT : If returned item/s are received back damaged due to improper packaging by yourselves, then a refund CAN NOT be made.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be construed as affecting your statutory rights.
